How fast do I get my media?+
Next business day for photos — shot today, in your inbox tomorrow morning, ready for the MLS. Video and tours per the booking, typically 24–48 hours.
What areas do you cover?+
Los Angeles and Ventura County. If a listing sits outside that, ask — travel is often workable.
What’s included in a shoot?+
Exactly what your booking says — interiors, exteriors, aerial where airspace allows, twilight, video, and 3D virtual tours. Every deliverable arrives edited, MLS-sized, and licensed for your listing marketing.
How does licensing work, in plain English?+
You get full rights to market the listing and your own practice with the media — MLS, your sites, social, print, presentations. We keep the copyright, and the license is yours personally: it doesn’t pass to the seller, the builder, or another agent if the listing changes hands. Anyone else who wants the media can license it from us directly — quick and affordable.
What about virtual tours?+
Tours are hosted and delivered as links you drop into the MLS and your marketing — hosting is included for the life of the listing.
What if the weather turns?+
Exterior, twilight, and aerial work needs cooperative skies. We’ll flag it and reschedule at no charge — a gray-sky exterior helps nobody.
Does the house need to be ready?+
Yes — we shoot the property as presented. Staging, cleaning, and decluttering happen before we arrive; that’s what makes the 24-hour turnaround possible.
How do I book?+
Tap Book, or email booking@clearcutstudios.co with the address and your timeline. New clients sign one short media agreement once — after that, every shoot is just a text.
Web Design
What makes you different from a template shop or a subscription builder?+
Two things. The work: custom-designed, one-of-one sites with real motion and 3D — nothing assembled from a theme. And the deal: you own everything, outright.
What does “you own everything” actually mean?+
Your site is deployed under your own accounts — hosting, domain, database, payments, email. When the project ends, the passwords are yours, the code is yours, and nothing about your business depends on us. No hostage fees, no platform rent.
So there are no monthly fees?+
None owed to us. Your own accounts may carry their providers’ costs (typically $0–20/month at small-business scale) — paid by you, to them, with no markup and no middleman. An optional Care Plan ($200/mo) exists if you’d rather we handle upkeep — and canceling it never affects your ownership.
What’s an “owner portal”?+
A private back office built into your site: leads, quotes and invoicing, job tracking, cash-basis books your CPA will love, and editing your own site content from your phone. It replaces software most shops rent for $150–300 every month.
What is Clear Cut Sign?+
E-signature built into your portal, on your own domain — send contracts, get legally binding signatures with a full audit trail, no per-document fees, ever.
How long does a build take?+
Most builds deliver in 2–3 weeks from deposit. The agreement states your timeline in writing.
What does it cost?+
Projects start around $6,500 and scale with scope — the proposal you receive is a tiered menu, in writing, with everything itemized. Half on signing, half on approval of the finished preview.
What if I want changes?+
Two full rounds of revisions are included after the design preview. Beyond that, changes are quoted in writing before any work happens — no surprise invoices.
